Recipe Yield 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 T water
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped or minced
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 dash white or black pepper
Directions:
- Place asparagus and water in pan and heat on stove for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over asparagus and toss to coat.
Heat for additional 5 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.
