Recipe yields 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 fresh banana (adds smoothy-ness)
1 fresh green apple
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 cup water or almond milk or coconut milk (you may also use rice or hemp milk)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 scoop Organifi Green Juice Greens Superfoods Powder (this is my favorite brand, I've tried dozens)
2-4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine milk, apple, banana, ginger, coconut oil, Organifi Green Juice powder, and ice cubes in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
